It has 7 bedrooms (2 on the ground floor and 5 upstairs), 4 bathrooms (2 bathrooms on the ground floor, one of them adapted for wheelchairs and 2 bathrooms upstairs).
It has an open-plan space of 55m2: living room with 55' smart TV, dining room and fully equipped kitchen/diner.
Equipped with air conditioning in the dining room/living room/kitchen and in 5 of the bedrooms.
Large terrace of 100m2 with all the necessary furniture to enjoy the open air, with private swimming pool and a large barbecue.
Located in the centre of the town of Calella (Barcelona coast). Staying in this house has the advantage that you don't need a car to go shopping, to the supermarket, to the beach, to go for a walk and it is 10 minutes walking from the train station to go to the centre of Barcelona.
In order to adapt the rental price to the different group sizes, we have divided the rental price. Thus, for groups of up to 11 people, you will have the 5 rooms on the upper floor (3 rooms with double beds and 2 rooms with single beds). For groups of 12 or 13 people, one more room will be available on the ground floor. For groups of 13 to 16 people, all rooms will be available.

(price increase of 15€/night from the 12th to the 16th guest).
