Beautiful and typical town house for holiday rentals for up to 12 people and with 5 bedrooms distributed in 2 floors. Located in the centre of Calella (Barcelona coast), at 400 m from the beach and the train station. It has a 120 m2 courtyard with private swimming pool, terrace, barbecue and garden furniture.
The house has all comforts: high speed optical fiber WIFI, dining room with smart tv, comfortable furniture, air conditioning in the dining room and in 2 of the bedrooms. The kitchen is very well equipped: induction hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave oven, washing machine, coffee machine (Dolce Gusto capsules). In addition to all the necessary utensils to cook and enjoy Mediterranean food.
There are 2 bathrooms with bath and shower respectively (1 bathroom on each floor).
Bed distribution: There are 5 bedrooms. On the ground floor there is 1 double bedroom with a 1.50m bed and 1 bedroom with 2 x 0.90m beds. On the first floor there is 1 double bedroom with a 1.60m bed, 1 bedroom with 2 x 1.35m beds and 1 bedroom with 2 x 0.90m beds.

Calella is a town with a great tourist tradition, an old fishing enclave. People from all over Europe live together on its beaches and in its narrow streets. Music festivals and gastronomic gatherings are held here.
